We offer free standard shipping to anywhere in the contiguous United States.

All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. All orders are generally shipped in 1-2 days excluding weekends and holidays and should reach you according to the time frame stated by USPS and UPS. Generally between 2-7 days once the package has been shipped.

All orders have tracking. If you do not receive a confirmation email from me or a tracking code, please reach out to me so I can relay that information to you.

I am the head mama at Phoenix + Willow. This little store is my heart and soul and is run solely by me. Occasionally I take vacations. During vacations, shipping will be delayed. You will be notified on the website with vacation dates.

All orders are expedited as quickly as possible. I take care in the packaging of all orders and make sure they are well packaged, protected, and make their way to you in a timely manner. Everything is handled with love. :)

Phoenix + Willow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages which have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon validated written inquiry, Phoenix + Willow will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Phoenix + Willow is not responsible for packages that have been damaged by the carrier (USPS, UPS) en route to its delivery address.  In addition, Phoenix + Willow is not responsible for missing items due to damage or mistreatment by the carrier.
