Here is our Return policy in case you need to make a return or an exchange.
Our policy lasts 30 days from the time your package has delivery confirmation. If 30 days have gone by since confirmation, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Tags must be on. It must also be in the original packaging.
Item must be unwashed and unused in order to qualify for a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be refunded
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Non-Returnable or Exchangeable items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items: Sale, Intimates, Beauty and Wellness, and Swimwear.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
LOST AND STOLEN PACKAGES
Phoenix + Willow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages which have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon validated written inquiry, Phoenix + Willow will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
